We do not offer any free trials, however, we do have a free membership.  A registered account/profile, 24/7 customer service, send/receive messages, account dashboard, access (limited) to community chat rooms, and uploading photos are just a few of the benefits that's included with the free membership.  Because of the feedback feature, we are adding new features to each membership on an average of every three to seven days give or take a few.

For lack of better title, the feedback feature allows you to watch your ideas come to life.  It provides you with the opportunity to be apart of the development process by sending us any ideas/suggestions that you have for new products, services, and/or new features that you'd like to see in the future.  We will take your ideas and post live video updates via the website so you can watch as we are implementing your ideas into either the app and/or the website.  There are several rules & guidelines of course all suggestions must meet in order to be added to the app or website.  You can find all of these guidelines and additional information regarding this feature by reading our terms of use and our service agreement in full.  You can find the link to all of our terms and policies at the bottom of each of the website.

Yes, members can cancel their membership at anytime.  Free and/or paid members can cancel their memberships at anytime by contacting our support team either through the live chat option or contacting us by phone.  All members who cancel their membership sixty (60) days from the date the membership was purchased, will be able to cancel their membership and will also receive a full refund.  Any member who wishes to cancel a membership after the sixty (60) days from the purchase date, will be able to cancel the membership, but will NOT receive any partial or full refund.  

To access any of the virtual features you must have the diamond membership.  To access virtual features navigate to your account dashboard, on your dashboard nav menu click the virtual tab.  After clicking the virtual tab, you'll be redirected to the virtual room.  In the virtual room there will be several options to choose from (virtual games or other virtual activities).  Click on the option you want to access.  For example, if you want to access a virtual game you'll be given two options:

• Access using VR
• Access ear pieces (any)

After you choose one of the options above, another menu will appear.  This menu has all of the virtual activities that's available for you based on the option you chose from the previous menu (VR or ear pieces).  Choose an option from the menu, then you'll enter another room where you'll be guided through the next steps by one of our trained team members.  All members are required to agree & accept all of our terms and policies, be 18 years or older, and all members are required to have a registered account with Flirting Singles (completed all of the security and verification procedures) before accessing any of the virtual features.
